NTRN Termination Policy



Introduction

At NTRN, we aim to provide a productive and positive experience for all our users. This Termination Policy outlines the circumstances and processes under which a user’s access to NTRN’s services may be terminated, emphasizing our commitment to fairness and transparency.



Grounds for Termination

NTRN reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform under the following conditions:

Process for Termination



  • Notification: Users will typically receive notice of the issue along with an opportunity to rectify the problem within 48 hours.

  • Immediate Termination: In cases of severe breaches, such as illegal activities or significant threats to platform security, immediate termination may occur without prior notice.

  • Feedback: Post-termination, users can request feedback or reasoning for the decision by contacting ntrncompanies@gmail.com.

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, the user will lose access to all NTRN services. Ongoing projects may be reassigned or canceled. All provisions of the Terms of Service regarding confidentiality, payment obligations, and data rights shall survive termination. Appeal Process

Users may appeal a termination decision by contacting NTRN at ntrncompanies@gmail.com  within 30 days from the date of termination. The appeal should include relevant information or evidence for reconsideration. NTRN will review the appeal and respond within 2 weeks time.
